For our professional certifications we chose the NORMI Certified training programs. (National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors, www.normi.org). NORMI is dedicated to certifying professionals in the indoor air/environmental quality industry- including, but not limited to mold and bacteria contaminations found in residential, commercial and industrial environments. We currently hold 6 separate certifications from NORMI and stay current with 8 hours of continuing education on a monthly basis. NORMI's processes & protocols give more data, provide for greater accuracy, and give assurance that warranty protocol guidelines are followed.
